AVOID SELL OUTS!
Plan your Festival schedule ahead of time and
purchase tickets as early as possible – or better
yet, buy a badge! To check for screening updates
and ticket availability, call the Festival Hotline at

representative.
HOW BADGES WORK
Badges are available in limited quantities.
Badge holders must be present at all venues at
least 20 minutes prior to screenings. They will
receive their tickets in a designated VIP line. Both
badges include priority seating, admission to all films
and public parties (including Opening and Closing
Nights) as well as a complimentary Festival T-shirt
(available at the WIlma Theater starting July 11th).
The VIP Badge also grants access to all private
receptions and director’s brunches.
The default pickup location for all phone/mail/
internet badge sales is TLA Video, 1520 Locust St.,
unless prior pickup arrangements have been made.
When purchasing a badge by phone/mail/internet,
you may provide your own passport-sized photo
(e-mail jpeg file to jbendik@phillycinema.org ).
HOW 10-PASSES WORK
10-pass vouchers must be redeemed for tickets to
the films of your choice. You can do this when you
purchase in ADVANCE (recommended) or at the
door.
Important! Phone and online buyers:
You must redeem at least one of your 10-passes
at the time of purchase in order for your passes
to be available for pickup at will call. All passes
will remain on your account until the first one
is redeemed, after which all unredeemed passes
will be issued as printed vouchers which must be
redeemed in person.
Advance Sales
- All advance orders must be placed by 10am on the day of the event.
- All of your tickets will be waiting for you at the venue of your first screening.
- Phone/Internet badge orders are available for pickup at TLA Video, 1520 Locust St.
- ONLINE (Credit card sales only) Visit our website www.QFest.com, open all day and all night!
- BY PHONE (Credit card sales only) Call 267-765-9700 x4 10am-7pm daily before July 10;
10am-9pm daily during the Festival.

- BY MAIL (Check and credit card sales only) Orders must be postmarked by July 5th.

Please write out screening dates, film titles, number of tickets for each screening and phone number
(required), address and e-mail address. Make check payable to “Philadelphia Film Society.” Be sure to
include a service charge of $1.00 per ticket & $5.00 per Badge or Pass. Please include a passportsized
photo for Badge orders.
Same Day Sales
- Cash Only – Sold only at screening venues and subject to availability
- Go to the venue where the film will be shown no earlier than one half hour before the first Festival
screening of the day to purchase same day tickets.
Important Details
- Arrive early – After showtime no one, not even a badge holder, is guaranteed a seat.
- Refunds – All sales are final. No refunds are available unless a screening is cancelled.
- Exchanges – All exchanges must be processed in advance. If your tickets are already printed, you must
make your exchange in person. There are no same-day exchanges or exchanges for past events. We
cannot process exchanges online.
- Lost tickets cannot be replaced.
- All advance tickets must be purchased before the day of the show.
- Screening updates and ticket availability information is regularly updated on our website
at www.QFest.com and on our Festival hotline: 267-765-9700 x701
- Service Fees: – There is a $1.00 fee per ticket and $5.00 fee per badge or 10-pass for all advance sales.
