...strand...is a 50 minute walking-tour/show where audience members are led along various paths on the little known Schuylkill River Bank strand at Grays Ferry Crescent Trail Park, aka Forgotten Bottom.
To participate in the performance, audience members select from the tours below. The tours, eras, and tours collide, as each of the adventures eventually intersect in a final event on the crescent at sunset.
The tours are a blend of self-guided adventure, immersive performance, and acrobatic dance-theater, a celebration and exploration of shrubs, rivers, and liminal worlds. Each tour contains its own unique experiences, starting point, and, amenities; chose your tour wisely.
