Every once in a while I get the chance to meet up with some really amazing people. Recently I had a huge opportunity to meet up with three of the biggest stars to grace the reality television world, Drita D'Avanzo from VH1’s Mob Wives, Real Housewife of New York Ramona Singer, and of course Tracy Dimarco from the Style Network’s Jerseylicious.
From the get go the crowd was crazy, from the large done up hair dos sporting in support of Tracy to the dolled up ladies following Ramona, each star had their own unique followers waiting to ask them questions. After a few short clips from each of the stars, each lady commented on past experiences from their respective shows. Some highlights were:
- Drita telling the crowd “Fuck em” in response to her public television divorce issues from ex husband Lee
- Ramona explaining how crazy the new cast members in next season’s Housewives will be
- Tracy announcing her engagement to fiancé Corey
The crowd was then able to ask questions to any of the stars regarding their current lives. For all you straight boys out there, Drita did state that she has begun to date again, this time they are (as she states) normal guys. She also said that her kids are the most important part in her life which was very apparent throughout the entire last season of Mob Wives. Ramona recently reintroduced her own personal site, ramonasinger.com. Here you can find all the great products this New York house wife is offering, from her own Pinot Grigio, to her fabulous jewelry. She has also introduced a new section of her site called Ask Ramona, where you the fans can now ask Ramona anything you would like and she will select a few questions each week to answer. I know this will definitely be something I’ll be using come next House Wife season. And speaking of next season, Ramona explained that she has already butted heads with TWO of the new reality show’s stars, so be sure to check it out on Bravo.
Finally the lovely Tracy took a few minutes to speak about her current season of Jerseylicious, and how her battle with Olivia will heat up in a few episodes regarding the Gatsby. While she is taking a week or two off for a little fun in the sun and relaxation, she will be back shortly, doing fabulous hair in the salon. She did tell me that she once had someone ask her to cut them a mullet and she refused to put her name on that…so gays and girls, be sure to keep it classy when you make your appointments. But again Tracy, congrats on the engagement. Seeing the ring, I know your finger must get heavy from carrying around a rock that size, so be sure to take it off while you’re making the Jersey girls’ hair big and bold.
