• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. This contest is operated by PhillyGayCalendar. Contest may end at any time and contest rules may change at any time without prior notice at the discretion of PhillyGayCalendar.
• Only one entry per individual
• Contest is open to all at least 18 years old at time of entry. Note that some events take place in locations that require proof of age and allows entry only to those over 21.
• Prize winner will be drawn at random. PhillyGayCalendar's decisions are final and binding with regard to this contest, from among eligible entries received. Winners will be drawn on the conclusion of the contest. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
• Odds of winning the prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Prize winner grants to PhillyGayCalendar the right to use his/her name and likeness in advertising and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.  By accepting prize, the winner agrees that PhillyGayCalendar is not responsible for any loss, damage, system damage, loss of property, accidents, injuries, or death that may occur in the receipt, awarding or use or possession of prize. Winner will be notified by e-mail and will be required to verify address before prizes will be mailed. If prize notification e-mail or prize is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Failure to timely return affidavit may result in the prize being awarded to an alternate winner. Limit one prize per household or address
