Atlantic City, NJ - The South Jersey AIDS Alliance will be hosting their first ever Red Ticket 50/50 raffle on May 30, 2012 at 6:00P.M at their offices at 19 Gordon's Alley, Atlantic City.
The 50/50 raffle tickets cost $100 each, with, at the most, 1,000 tickets to be sold. All proceeds will support the South Jersey AIDS Alliance.
This is a true 50/50 with the winner receiving one half of all the money collected in ticket sales. Accordingly, the organization is hoping to sell lots of tickets. The more tickets that are sold the more money the winner will receive.
"I know $100 a ticket may seem like a lot, but at the most there are a total of 1,000 tickets that's only 1,000:1 odds. When you look at some of the bigger raffles they can be as much as 100 million or more to one. When people tell me the price is too high I suggest splitting the cost with friends and sharing the bounty." said Keith Egan, CEO.
Tickets may be purchased up until 12 noon on May 30. Ticket stubs for late purchases will be held at the event waiting for those participants who purchase through the mail. Payment options of cash or check are accepted in order to get into the drawing.
