Temple University's One of the Guys, a web-based television sitcom about three gay friends and their straight roommate, has been officially awarded the college TV Emmy for Best College Series in the 2014 Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Foundation's national College Television Awards.

Dining Out for Life This Thursday

Well over 150 restaurants across the Delaware Valley will donate 33% of the night's proceeds to benefit men, women and children with HIV/AIDS. Dining Out for Life was founded in Philadelphia by ActionAIDS.

Philadelphia, PA - Philadelphia Black Gay Pride along with Smoke Lilies & Jade Arts Initiative is proud to present the 6th AnnualMr. & Miss Philadelphia Black Gay Pride Pageant.

Come see who will be crowned the next Mr. & Miss Philadelphia Black Gay Pride. This year’s event will be held at the Philadelphia Ethical Society Building in Rittenhouse Square on April 21, 2013.

An opening reception will be held from 5pm-7pm. There will be Local and National LGBT vendor's booths, music and Celebrity guest appearances. The main event will begin at 7pm. This year’s theme is "The Road To Emerald City."

Join us as we honor Joy Marnier & Barron George on their final walk as Mr. & Miss PBGP 2012 and as we present the amazing group of contestants vying for the titles of Mr. & Miss PBGP 2013!!!

There will be a special performance by the Smoke Lilies & Jade Dance Crew competition winners. Smoke Lilies & Jade Arts Initiative has partnered with PBGP for the past five years in finding the best talent to represent PBGP.

Tickets are $15.00 in advance and $20 at the door. For ticket information go to phillyblackpride.org.
