Bucks M.C.

Our home base is in the Philadelphia-Bucks County area with members from both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and associate members from all over the United States and Canada.

Bucks M.C. Mission Statement: On October 31, 1972, The Bucks M.C. was born in New Hope, Pennsylvania. We are an organization whose fraternal atmosphere provides men of the leather, levi, and motorcycle interests with the opportunity to enjoy mutual fellowship through various social activities. In addition for over 30 years the Bucks M.C. has held our annual charity event, "Santa Saturday" which draws over a thousand individuals, raising funds for people with AIDS and for the aging. The Bucks M.C. is a "not for profit" social organization.
Calcutta House

Calcutta House is a highly supportive housing program located at 1601 W. Girard Avenue in Philadelphia, PA. Calcutta House has 18 private rooms for adult men and women who are seriously ill due to AIDS requiring nursing and other supportive care that they cannot get at home, but who do not need the intensity of care of a hospital or skilled-nursing facility. Calcutta House also has four one-bedroom apartments for adults with AIDS who are able to live independently but require financial support through rental assistance to do so.Calcutta House exists to serve the most fragile people with AIDS and to support the self-empowerment of each person to live as fully as their situation permits. We provide supportive housing with services responsive to the individual: those who are dying, those who are able to rebuild their lives and move on to independence, and those who will continue to require the assistance of supportive housing. We work with each person to progress towards his/her potential and to achieve attainable and realistic goals.
Camden Area Heath Education Center (AHEC)

Camden Area Health Education Center (AHEC) is committed to providing health education to those who are often underserved in the community. We offer sexual health education services for Black/Latino gay/bisexual men. As well, as a Drop-in-Center for LGBTQ Youth.

We offer Free HIV Testing and Counseling, as well STD screenings.
Camp Dreamcatcher

Camp Dreamcatcher has been providing free therapeutic and educational programs for HIV/AIDS infected and/or affected youth for thirteen years. We invite you to enter our site and learn more about our organization and the children and adolescents served by Camp Dreamcatcher. We offer a safe, accepting and loving community for children coping with HIV/AIDS.
Camp Rehoboth

Cherry Fund

The Cherry Fund has raised $880,000 for local and national gay and lesbian beneficiaries that play an important role in our community.

The Cherry Fund's weekend dance event is one of the few that is produced entirely by volunteers, and that still donates all of its proceeds to worthy non-profit charitable organizations in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The cost of your pass or ticket not only gives you access to an unforgettable weekend of events, but also directly supports the work of our beneficiaries. The portion of your ticket price that benefits these charities is of course tax deductible.

While the Cherry Fund is in DC, we have parties in Philadelphia and work with Philly's Sapphire Fund
Chester County Pride Inc.

Coordinates gay events in Phoenixville, PA, including the annual Chester County Pride festival in October. The mission of our organization is to build a strong sense of community among people of diverse sexual orientation through creating social, educational and supportive programming to promote the mental, emotional and physical well being of the GLBT community.

City of Brotherly Love Softball League

The City of Brotherly Love Softball League is the largest gay sports organization in Philadelphia with over 30 teams and 600+ members. The league was officially organized 25 years ago as the CBLSL and has continued to grow each year. Our season runs from mid-April through mid-July (holiday weekends off). We play doubleheaders on Sundays at the Dairy Fields in east Fairmount Park, right off Kelly Drive. Team practices, both pre-season and during the season, are determined by each team. Players of all skill levels from beginner to advanced are encouraged to join.
City of Hope

The COLOURS Organization, Inc. was established in 1991 to respond to the lack of positive and progressive educational advocacy and support mechanisms for LGBT people of color in the Greater Philadelphia area. COLOURS seeks to accomplish this through a variety of activities aimed at attacking the underpinnings of disempowerment and despair in our community, activities which improve information sharing, enhance self-esteem, and support and develop the talent, beauty, strength and courage of LGBT people of color. COLOURS, prides itself on the community representation shown on our board, staff and volunteers, which are comprised of LGBT people of color. However, we work closely with other community groups who we feel support our mission and who are able to assist us in accomplishing our objectives.
