Community AIDS Hotline
Type: Hotline
Provides HIV/AIDS counseling, education, and referrals to people in Philadelphia and the surrounding five county area, including four counties in New Jersey. Callers are encouraged to use the hotline to provide feedback about services they received and to report their experiences with referral agencies.

Telephone resource for support and sexual health information for men-who-have-sex-with-men, gay, and bisexual men of color. Multilingual, run by GALAEI, ASIAC, and COLOURS.
Office of LGBT Affairs - Philadelphia
Type: Hotline
The Office of LGBT Affairs was established in 2008 by executive order #13-08 and is responsible for developing public policy, serving as a point of contact for the region’s LGBT residents and organizations, and provides support to the growth and development of Philadelphia’s LGBT communities. The Office of LGBT Affairs works with LGBT communities to develop priorities for the City on issues including public safety, education, economic development, health and City services, and civil rights. The Office of LGBT Affairs is assisted by a volunteer advisory board of community leaders.
Soutth Eastern Pennsylvania Council on Alcoholism & Drug Dependence, Inc.
Type: Hotline
Many gay men and lesbians in need of recovery services for alcoholism and drug addiction find it difficult or uncomfortable to access treatment due to their concerns about homophobia and discrimination. Substance abuse treatment programs are often not equipped to meet the needs of this population. SEPCADD staff provides the sensitivity and understanding needed to assist those individuals with an alcohol or other drug problem. Call 215-340-9995
Teen AIDSline
Type: Hotline
Works to promote testing and decrease the incidence of HIV infection in teen peers through outreach, education, a hotline and e-mail system operated BY teens, FOR teens. Open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 4:30-9:30pm.
