Why Anti-trans Sports Bills Hurt Us All.

We are witnessing a National wave of legislation that is targeting specifically Transgender people in America. Our own Commonwealth has experienced this in the past with Trans and nonbinary youth under the Pa Children’s health insurance program ( PA- CHIP) and again now with HB 972 the ” Protect Women’s Sports act”.

This current ATTACK on girls and women sports in Pennsylvania by Republican House members expresses the desire to fix a problem that does not exist.
