This week in Instagram

Executive Director of PhillyGayCalendar

Let’s look at some posts in the gay community last week

Metro Men’s Fashion, everyone’s favorite gay owned and operated clothing store on Passynk just received some great new fashions. NEed a new wardrobe for the summer, stop in and check it out!

Tom Longo who founded Metro Men’s, recently sold the business to Ish Jaramillio, who was formerly the store manager.
Ish has been managing the store for the past few years and has new, creative ideas including some exciting new lines of clothing.

“It hardly seems possible that Metro Mens’ Clothing opened on East Passyunk Avenue in 2009. It has been a great thirteen years because of customers like you. I want you to know that I appreciate your business and loyalty over the years & we hope for your continued patronage.” — Tom Longo

The Philadelphia Gryphons’ very own VP Joey Chieco is going for the Waffle House Challenge right now in Elkton, MD!

If Joey is successful we will allow him to wear the Waffle House arm sleeve just like @jj2fr3sh of the @nefreejacks. Justin/Freejacks, can you send some gear for Joey if he pulls this off???

For those who are unfamiliar, Joey has to spend 24 straight hours at Waffle House but he can reduce that time by one hour per waffle eaten. He started at 530AM and has eaten 7 waffles so far which means he can leave at 1030PM. His goal is 1 waffle per hour to leave around 430PM. Good luck Joey!
