Transfiguration Hair Studio is a West Philadelphia salon built specifically around gender-affirming hair care, with an almost entirely LGBTQ staff and a completely genderless service menu. Owner Angel Indelicato opened the Cedar Park studio in 2019 to give trans, nonbinary, and queer clients a place where they will not be misgendered in the chair – pricing is based on hair length and visit history, not assumptions about gender.
