15TH Annual Family Matters Conference
This year marks Philadelphia Family Pride’s FIFTEENTH annual Family Matters Conference!
Occurring on November 2nd from 9a-4p at the Parkway Central Library (1901 Vine St), the Family Matters Conference is a valued tradition for LGBTQ+ led families and LGBTQ+ prospective parents throughout the Philadelphia region. We welcome and appreciate all kinds of familial connections. We embrace a broad range of parenting experiences as well as LGBTQ+ folks seeking to become parents, wherever they are in their journey.
This year’s conference theme is “We Are Family” and will be dedicated to celebrating LGBTQ+ families and family building of all types. And, we’re thrilled to welcome this year’s keynote speaker, Councilmember Rue Landau.
Registration is sliding scale/pay what you can and all LGBTQ+ parents, grandparents, and prospective parents are welcome!
Lunch and childcare (please register in advance) are provided as part of the conference.
