AND INTO THE STREETS (queer art installation)
Join us for the opening of AND INTO THE STREETS, a new public art project by artist Rami George that celebrates Philly’s queer cultural memory. This temporary public art project represents archival images and materials from the now-defunct LGBTQ new publication, Au Courant (1982-2000).
The celebration will include DJ sets by Lindo, DJ Cookie, DJ KiT and DJ Andi, an intergenerational roster of local LGBTQ Latinx music producers, as well as posters by KYKY Archives, t-shirts by FORTUNE and light refreshments!
