Barbuzzo x La Copine Collaboration Dinner
Join Nikki Hill and Claire Wadsworth from Yucca Valley California’s acclaimed restaurant, La Copine, as they celebrate the release of their first cookbook at Barbuzzo! Nikki Hill was the opening Sous Chef at Barbuzzo when the restaurant first opened its doors in 2010, so she returns to showcase her growth through the debut of her cookbook. For $75 per person, guests can enjoy a welcome cocktail and a three-course collaboration dinner, inspired by dishes from the book and signature menu items from their restaurant.
