DelCo Trans & Queer March & Flag Raising

This is our response. We are not going anywhere. We’re fighting back and pushing back the lines! If you need resources and services, please reach out to the center in the meantime.

This year, TDOV holds particular significance as our communities face unprecedented attacks on their rights and mere existence across the country. From bans on gender-affirming healthcare to restrictions on trans youth participation in sports and education, these actions have created an urgent need for visible support and solidarity.

We are calling on you to stand with us for the Inaugural DelCo Trans March and Trans Flag Raising Ceremony on Saturday, March 30th, from 12 PM to 3 PM at the Delaware County Courthouse.

We want to show up with as many people as possible and push the battlelines back! We need our allies and community members to stand together in a show of defiance and visibility. We are not going anywhere!

The March will begin at 12:30 PM and conclude by 1:30 PM, followed by a historic moment—the County will raise the Trans flag for TDOV for the first time ever in solidarity with our community.

Schedule:

• March assembly – 12:00 PM

• March starts – 12:30 PM

• March ends – 1:20 PM

• Closing Speeches – 1:30 PM

• Delaware County’s first annual Trans Flag Raising Ceremony – 2:00 PM

• Closing – 2:45 PM

Parking

• Free parking located in the Orange Street Parking lot.

• Avoid street parking on Front, State Street, and Veterans Square.
