PFP Family Matters Conference At Home

Our 12th Annual Family Matters Conference will take place virtually from Nov. 4th-7th. Events and talks will be held during the evenings of Thursday, November 4th and Friday, November 5th, and during the day on Saturday, November 6th and Sunday, November 7th.

The theme is “Lessons in Resilience” with sessions on various aspects of resilience, stories of resilience from elders in the community, and info on cultivating resilience in our kids.

We also have a full list of sessions for prospective parents, including a couple of brand new offerings.

Even though this is a virtual event, we do have events lined up for our kids! These include an all ages yoga class on Zoom, a virtual Minecraft hangout for kids, and a Drag Queen Story Time that will stream live on Facebook.

Households that register by Oct. 22nd will also get a package mailed to them, including a fun age-appropriate activity, craft, or game. Read more about the workshop details, about the speakers who will lead these sessions, and register to attend.

Cost for the event is a pay-what-you-can sliding scale of $0-$100 per household. All amounts are valued. Registration fees go to pay for this event and programming for LGBTQ+-led families year-round. Register now!
