Philly Dyke Collective: August General Meeting

Come to the August General Meeting of the Philly Dyke Collective!

Tuesday, August 22, 7-8:30pm at The Head & The Hand, 2230 Frankford Avenue, PHL, in Northeast Philly.

The space is ADA accessible and air conditioned. MASKS REQUIRED to protect our community.

The PDC holds space for Philly Dykes to organize whatever we need and build community in the process. We work together in affinity groups and stand together as Philly Dykes.

Join an Organizing Committee to help with PDC social media, meeting planning, transportation needs, and more.

Join a recently formed Affinity Group like Mutual Aid, New Lesbian Flag, Dyke Newspaper, Intergenerational Circle, and others, or form a new Affinity Group to organize what you’re interested in.

Email [email protected] if you need a ride to the meeting, are able to drive another attendee to meetings, or can cover the cost of a Lyft/Uber to get someone to a meeting.

*No alcohol will be served
*This is an indoor in-person event with mandatory masking
*All gender accessible bathrooms
*No handicap parking available
*Meeting geared towards adults over 18
*No flashing lights or loud noises will be present
*No strong smells will be sprayed
*We do not have an ASL or language interpreter
*We are implementing active initiatives to continue becoming a more BIPOC inclusive space
*The seating available does not include arm rests
*There is no separate space for those who are over-stimulated or need to self-care, however, you are encouraged to come and go in whatever way you need.
