This is a special team teach ride to celebrate Out and About in Manayunk 2024! The fabulous VinChelle is hosting this special ride celebrating the pop divas of yesterday and today. It is free to sign up for this ride, we just require a minimum $25 donation. A portion of the proceeds from today’s ride will go to the Trevor Project. The Wall Cycling is an inclusive studio. After class, you can hit Main Street for all of the great activities planned for the weekend! 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈 Full 45-minute cycling class A traditional indoor cycling class on Keiser M3i bikes. Get ready to sweat! Build strength and endurance as our teachers choreograph their work efforts to follow the beats, builds and drops of the music! Climb, jump, and sprint your way to the finish line. Note: This is not a rhythmic based class. What to wear: SPD compatible cycling shoes or sneakers *Cycling shoes are NOT required for our classes, but a good option to have. ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
