Saturday, October 15th, from 9:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Porkroll presents STEAMPUNK. The age of innovation is upon us… strap on your rocketpacks, lace up your boots, and hit the dancefloor!
Spinning the best in underground dance music will be our resident DJ @hesanightowl and our special guest DJ @thefatherfigure from Ptown/NOLA.
Mark Louque, a.k.a. Father Figure is originally from a small town just outside of New Orleans. He’s spent the last decade curating magic nightlife experiences all around the U.S. Mark is the founder of @missfagbash the longest-running weekly queer event in the country. He’s also a founding member of TRAX ONLY, @traxonly a record label and DJ collective producing massive events in and around the Crescent City. Mark is known for his unexpected genre hopping sets which are best documented in his most recent project: Nightshade FM @nightshade_fm
Join us as we take over Broad Hall in the basement of the iconic Divine Lorraine Hotel. This cool underground space features one of the best sound systems in the city.
Early Bird tickets $10, General Admission $15, $20 at the door if available.
Broad Hall is easily accessible via the Broad Street subway at the Broad and Fairmount stop. Please enter the club on the south side of the building on the corner of Broad and Ridge Ave where it says Foundation Bar .
