Rally – International Transgender Day of Visibility
Join U.D.T.J. in a rally and vigil for the 13th annual International Transgender Day of Visibility recognizing the resilience and accomplishments of the transgender community.
Stay tuned for a historic moment for Delaware County earlier in the day.
Help us as we raise awareness about the struggles that they face, and advocate for them in a bid to reform society and empower their community — as it so rightfully deserves. This event will be a vigil as well as have a brief speaking portion. Feel free to bring flags and signs.
The event will start at about 7:00 – 7:45pm. We will meet in front of the township building. The township building can be easily accessed using the 101/102 Trolley Lines or walking for 8 minutes from 69th Street Terminal using the MFL and Broad.
