Vax Up, Philly!

galaei in partnership with Mazzoni Center aims to vaccinate 250 folks ages 16 and older. (you do not need to be a PA resident, or a documented citizen).  This is going to be a day that brings vaccine access to our communities and we will also have a DJ, snacks, and a socially distanced dance party in the street in front of our building!

Sign up today to stay connected to your healthcare.” on the page and click “Sign Up.” Then, on the create account page under “Who will use this account?” select ” Patient” Next, you will need to know your household member’s: Full Name, Date of Birth, Email, Phone and then watch for a Code – and select “Nancy Brisbon” as Medical Provider and create a password.
