Through advocacy, education and litigation, our attorneys, advocates and volunteers work to preserve and promote civil liberties including the freedom of speech, the right to privacy, reproductive freedom, and equal treatment under the law. We stand in defense of the rights of women and minorities, workers, students, immigrants, gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people, and others who have seen bias and bigotry threaten the rights afforded to all of us in this country by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
AIDS Law Project of Pennsylvania

Founded in 1988, the AIDS Law Project of Pennsylvania is a non-profit, public interest law firm providing free legal services statewide to people with HIV/AIDS and others affected by the epidemic. Each year, the AIDS Law Project receives about 1,700 calls for assistance at its home office in Philadelphia. The AIDS Law Project also educates the public about AIDS-related legal issues, and works at local, state and national levels to achieve fair laws and policies.

OUTFRONT! is a platform-based legislative advocacy, public education, and political action organization serving the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) communities. Our Issues Platform is a living document that contiIues to evolve based upon input from the community and its changing needs. Our Statement of Principles was created by a coalition of community leaders representing a wide array of LGBT interests and perspectives. Our board represents a diverse group of individuals from a broad spectrum of the LGBT community, and it is committed to advancing our communities' issues, rights, and concerns.

OUTFRONT's ongoing work includes advocating for LGBT youths, for those with health challenges, LGBT families, and for those who are the victims of civil rights abuses. Our bipartisan Political Action Committee (PAC) and its associated community-based committee endorses supportive candidates and works to elect fair-minded representatives at the local, state, and federal levels of government.
