In 1980s Hollywood, adult film star and aspiring actress Maxine Minx finally gets her big break. But as a mysterious killer stalks the starlets of Hollywood, a trail of blood threatens to reveal her sinister past.

You were here for the burlesque show that started it all, “X”,  and stuck around for our prequel, “Pearl.” Now the producers of both bring you “MaXXXine.” Take a trip with us to the seedy streets of 80s LA as Maxine tries to go legit. The Night Stalker is on the prowl and so is a sinister presence from Maxine’s past.

This burlesque tribute show is based upon the movie trilogy X. The X movie trilogy refers to Ti West’s horror film series consisting of X (2022), its prequel Pearl (2022), and its sequel MaXXXine (2024). The films are connected by the characters Maxine Minx and Pearl, both portrayed by Mia Goth, and explore the themes of ambition and violence through different cinematic eras. Each movie has a distinct tone, with Pearl as a Technicolor fever dream, X as a gritty 70s-inspired slasher, and MaXXXine as an 80s crime thriller.
