Join us for the debut of Smut Slam Greater Philly, where we’re celebrating all your most delectable first times with a rowdy night of diverse community, great food & drink, and steamy storytelling! It’s spooky season, so you’re invited to come in costume or your favorite goth wear if you want to get your Halloweenie on.

Not familiar with Smut Slam? It’s a storytelling open mic where audience members sign up for 5-minute slots to tell their best real-life, first-person, consensual smutty stories. It’s queer-friendly, kink-friendly, lifestyle-friendly, body-positive, and wildly fun. No costumes (except for general Halloween costumes!), no notes, no gimmicks, just straight-up raw truth! 

Smut Slam International was founded in 2015 by Cameryn Moore, and Slams currently take place in 25 cities around the world.

Your fabulous femme-cees are longtime Smut Slam Baltimore/DC producer and burlesque performer Diva Darling, joined by Lola Kat, known for her work as a community educator and as the curvy Vanna White of Vibrators in the Greater Philadelphia area. Stories will be judged in good fun by our fabulous judges’ panel, who can’t wait to give the top 3 tellers the “treat” of our coveted, carnal prizes. All storytellers, however, will go home with a little swag bag to reward their courage.

For the shy or secretive, we offer the F-bucket, where we invite you to share your sexiest anonymous questions or confessions to be read aloud onstage by your hosts between stories. Participate, and you’ll be eligible for another steamy door prize in our drawing at the end of the night!

In honor of Smut Slam Greater Philly’s big debut, our theme for the night is “The First Taste is the Sweetest”. Tell us your most titillating tales of first times, whether it’s your cherry poppin’ daddies, your kinky initiation, your queer awakening, or your favorite toy discovery. Stories might be shocking, sweet, weird, wholesome, hilarious, or just hot as hell– we welcome them all. Don’t have a story that’s on theme? That’s okay– the theme is just a suggestion!
