Moderated by Representative Brian Sims (PA 182nd, Center City Philadelphia), the purpose of Why We PRIDE is to serve both as a celebration and educational opportunity for members and allies of the LGBTQ+ community. The discussion will be focused around two topics: 1) what Pride is and why it is so important to the LGBTQ+ community and 2) how allies can best support the LGBTQ+ community where they live.
