Cockatoo was a Miami-style cocktail bar on 13th Street between Walnut and Locust in the Gayborhood. Owned by Ram Krishnan and Akshay Kamath, who also opened Writer’s Block Rehab, it opened in 2021 and was known for weekly karaoke, drag shows, Bollywood parties, and Drag Race viewing parties. It closed in 2024.
