The HT Pride + Progress Community Night 2026 returns to Haddon Square in Haddon Township, NJ on Friday, June 5, 2026 as part of Full Circle Pride — the 6th annual HT Pride weekend hosted by the Haddon Township Equity Initiative (HTEI). This free, open-to-all-ages evening is the heart of Haddon Township’s Pride celebration: an invitation to gather, learn, connect with LGBTQIA+ vendors and allies, and honor the people who made today’s joy possible.

About Community Night
HT Pride + Progress Community Night is an open invitation to the Haddon Township community and beyond to celebrate LGBTQIA+ Pride in all its forms. The evening blends celebration with education — acknowledging the achievements of LGBTQ+ pioneers, immersing attendees in LGBTQ+ history, and offering a space to connect with local LGBTQ+-friendly small businesses, nonprofits, and allies.
Expect Pride-themed programming throughout the evening:
- Pride Quizzo — LGBTQ+ history trivia competition
- Drag Queen Lip Sync Battles — a perennial crowd favorite
- Live performances from local artists
- Educational and celebratory resources from community organizations
- LGBTQ+-friendly vendor marketplace featuring South Jersey and Philadelphia-area small businesses
- Food and refreshments
Full Circle Pride 2026 — The Full Weekend
Community Night is one of three HT Pride events over the 2026 Pride weekend. Don’t miss:
- Thursday, June 4 — HT Pride Parade & After Party: The parade steps off at Crystal Lake Avenue and Haddon Avenue, travels down Haddon Avenue to Strawbridge Avenue, and ends at Haddon Square for an after party with performances, music, food, and community groups.
- Friday, June 5 — Pride + Progress Community Night: (this event) 5:30–9:30 PM at Haddon Square.
- Saturday, June 6 — Drag Queen Story Hour: Location TBD in Haddon Township.
About HT Pride & the Haddon Township Equity Initiative
HT Pride 2026 marks the 6th year of Pride celebrations in Haddon Township — launched in 2021 with the township’s first Pride Parade. The event is organized by the Haddon Township Equity Initiative (HTEI), which is celebrating its 5-year anniversary this year. HTEI is a local volunteer-led group working to make Haddon Township and the surrounding Camden County region more inclusive for LGBTQIA+ residents, neighbors, and visitors.
HT Pride’s 2026 theme — Full Circle — speaks to the cycles of persistence that define Pride. Pride is not just a moment in time; it is a movement passed from one generation to the next, carrying the fight for visibility, safety, freedom, and joy.

- By car: Haddon Township is just 15 minutes from Center City Philadelphia via the Ben Franklin Bridge. Free street parking available throughout downtown Haddon Avenue.
- By PATCO: Take the PATCO Speedline to Westmont Station — a short walk to Haddon Square.
- From Philly: Haddon Township is one of the closest LGBTQ-friendly small towns to Philadelphia and a popular destination for Philly and South Jersey Pride-goers alike.
