Hosted in collaboration with the Independence Business Alliance — Philadelphia’s LGBTQ+ chamber of commerce — this invitation-based mixer brings together LGBTQ+ and allied business leaders for a candid conversation on inclusive hiring, vendor equity, and workplace inclusion across the Greater Philadelphia region.

Set inside Stir Lounge in Rittenhouse Square — Philly’s beloved queer-friendly craft cocktail bar — the gathering combines networking, structured dialogue, and community building. Topics include navigating LGBTQ+ workplace protections in 2026, supplier diversity, and how local businesses can lead on inclusion during America’s 250th anniversary year.
