Medium Build

Bisexual indie-pop powerhouse Medium Build (Nick Carpenter) brings his radically authentic, unapologetically queer storytelling to Philadelphia. Centering themes of fluid identity, male vulnerability, and the cathartic journey of finding community as a queer extrovert, Carpenter’s sound creates an intimate, deeply connective haven for the LGBTQ+ community. His dynamic set dives headfirst into the complexities of modern queer life, anchoring the night around fan-favorite anthems like “Be Your Boy” and vulnerable, emotion-drenched tracks from his acclaimed album Country—a self-soothing reflection on dismantling Southern shame—alongside fresh hits from his latest 2026 release King of Having Fun. Expect raw acoustic-pop confessions, synth-tinged catharsis, and a space built for uninhibited queer joy and radical self-expression.
