Boils and Ghouls and all manner of Monsters, welcome to MONDAY MACABRE: a FREE live monthly horror movie watch party hosted by me, Josh Witchens! I’ll do an introduction with all the behind the scenes history and tea – and then once the movie begins I invite all guests to comment on the movie in the style of Mystery Science Theater 3000 for creepy community fun!

Our next movie is one of the all time classics of high school horror that is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year – CARRIE! The first ever film adaptation of a Stephen King novel, directed by Brian De Palma and featuring a perfect cast led by Sissy Spacek and Piper Laurie, who both received Oscar nominations.
