Cindy Lozito is a Latina illustrator, muralist, and cartoonist based in South Philadelphia. Born in Queens and raised by Puerto Rican and Italian parents, she brings a diaspora perspective to every project - creating work that explores identity, community, and belonging. Her murals have gone up at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Schuylkill Yards, PHL Airport, and neighborhood walls across Philly in collaboration with Mural Arts Philadelphia. Her illustrations have appeared in the New York Times and Los Angeles Times, and she's a children's book illustrator repped by Andrea Brown Literary Agency. Whether she's painting a 1,400-square-foot wall or crafting a two-panel comic, Cindy's work is rooted in storytelling that brings people closer together.
