Marti Gould Cummings is a New York drag artist, activist and nightlife fixture whose career spans cabaret, theater, film and television, with sold-out shows at Joe's Pub, 54 Below and Lincoln Center. In 2021 they became the first openly non-binary candidate to run for office in New York City, campaigning for City Council District 7 in a race chronicled in the documentary Queen of New York. In 2025 they set a Guinness World Record as the first drag queen to perform on all seven continents and served as a grand marshal of NYC Pride. They founded the Hell's Kitchen Democrats and have served on the NYC Nightlife Advisory Board.
