Chef Sharon Shvarzman and his partner Abraham Bloom anticipated working long hours, especially during the opening weeks of their new Queen Village takeout restaurant, Keshet Kitchen.  Sharon Shvrazman wants to share his passion with the world by serving delicious, healthy recipes. Everything you see here is made from scratch with non-processed natural food. Most of the recipes are made with fresh ingredients.
